Much effort has gone into making this project fly, including contributed funding from foundations and charities, donated efforts and talents from engineers, artists, organizers, caterers, mold-makers, accountants, models, child volunteers, PR people, pilots, landscapers, planners, policymakers, photographers, fundraisers and others who penned letters to potential doners, many articles in the Huerfano World Journal (see here), letters to the editor, and much much more. Additionally, the Pueblo Chieftain ran a brief piece by Mary Jean Porter about the project, titled: "Memorial Honors Female Pilot." Read it by clicking here. The "You Fly, Girl" Blog has also honored Tracy by running a story about the project that can be viewed here. This project has also been highlighted on YouTube of all places! View the video here.
